Sarah has worked in the London recruitment market since she graduated in 1997. She initially worked at a leading UK based recruitment firm where she covered the Credit and Risk Banking markets placing candidates into Investment Banks, Rating Agencies and Asset Managers. Sarah was quickly promoted to team leader and stayed there until 2001 after which she took some time off to travel. Sarah joined Carr-Lyons Search & Selection in May 2002 and now manages the Banking team covering Credit, Risk, Structured, Leveraged and Project Finance. Sarah was promoted to Director in early 2006 and continues to be a successful recruiter for the firm. |
